Where are albumworks products made?

albumworks is an Australian owned business and one of Australia's most loved Photo Book providers to Australia.

We print our albums and photo products both here in Australia and Malaysia in a state of the art production facilities with the most modern and up to date printing techniques and printing presses. Our Hardcover and Lay Flat printing presses are located in Malaysia enabling us to provide unparalleled print quality choice.  Our Softcover Photo Books are produced in Australia with most photo gifting products produced in Australia.

 Your order will be shipped from Malaysia via DHL Express postal service and from Australia Post within Australia.  If your order coming from Malaysia is being shipped to a regional location it will be shipped by DHL to Australia and then shipped via Australia Post.

Having our production facility in Malaysia has allowed us to improve the quality consistency and also diversify our expanding product range.

Our Management team and Customer Service team are located here in Australia, so we are here to help with any enquiries during Australian business hours.

Shipping

Our priority is to make all your products as fast as we can - but never at the expense of quality. In fact 95% off all items are manufactured and dispatched within 2-4 business days. However we do recommend allowing 7 business days for dispatch for those rare occasions when your order doesn't pass internal quality control.
