Conditions of entry

  2. Name of entity conducting competition: Albumprinter P/L trading as albumworks
  3. Eligibility requirements: To enter the competition you must download the new albumworks photobook editor from the albumworks website at www.albumworks.com.au/free-software-download.html from Tuesday 6th July 7pm forward and provide a valid name and email address on download. One entry only per person. Albumprinter P/L staff and suppliers are excluded from the competition.
  4. Opening date and time: Tuesday 6th July 7pm
  5. Closing date and time: Sunday 15th August 2010 at 12 midnight
  6. Draw date and time: Tuesday 17th August at 11:00am at Albumprinter, 323 Williamstown Rd, Port Melbourne VIC 3207
  7. Prize(s):
    The first randomly drawn entry with receive a major prize of a Photobook and camera prize pack valued at $1,859 comprising a Pentax K-X DSLR kit with Pentax 18-55 lens and Tamrac Aero 45 DSLR Camera Bag and $1,000 of Photobooks.
    Consolation prizes: 25 albumworks photocover photobooks valued at $79.95 each. Total value of prizes $3,857.
  8. Will competition results be published? Results will be published in a) Facebook b) albumworks website. Email details will not be published, names only.
  9. How will prize winners be notified? Via the email address they input at the time of download of the software.
  10. Other conditions: The prize is not transferable and not redeemable in cash. A valid name and email address must be used. Albumprinter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner(s) names.
