If you're having trouble upgrading our editor, we recommend un-installing our editor then downloading the installation file from our website and installing it again. This way you can ensure you have the latest version of our editor with all the latest information.
To do this, please uninstall our editor from your computer by going to Control Panel and selecting 'Add/Remove Programs' (Windows XP) or 'Programs and Features' (Windows Vista/7). You can then select our editor and choose 'Delete/Remove'.
The wordings may differe depending on your settings and your version of Windows.
Once you've uninstalled our editor, you can download the latest version from our website
Please ensure you're connected to the internet when you run our editor as it does need an active internet connection.
