Can I track and trace the delivery of my order?

You can track your order via the courier's website.  When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier company with your tracking number.  You can use this on their website to check the status of your delivery.  Please note that you won't be able to track it until the day after it has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas or 2-7 business days for delivery to rural areas.  If you haven't received your order within this timeframe, feel free to contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to follow up for you.

Our priority is to make all your products as fast as we can - but never at the expense of quality. In fact 95% off all items are manufactured and dispatched within 2-4 business days. However we do recommend allowing 7 business days for dispatch for those rare occasions when your order doesn't pass internal quality control.
