I have just received my second album and just wanted to tell you how wonderful it looks.I made this album as a surprise for our daughter and son in law. They had a re affirmation of their wedding vows for their 15th wedding anniversary and they are both absolutely delighted with the album.

I sent off the order late last Thursday night and received the album today, Wednesday.Once again I have to express our delight at the high standard and care with which you produce these albums they are truly wonderful.

WOW, WOW, WOW. What a great job again. This book is amazing and the quality is superb. When we gave her the book, she loved it but her Mum and Dad were overcome with emotion and both cried. I used to be a scrapbooker and have spent many hours producing scrapbooks for the family. However, have packed away my stash as I consider these books to be a better option, less work, and a fraction of the cost.

Job well done all at Albumprinter. I am starting on a new one for my sister's 60th, it will be 3 volumes and is called MY STORY (the 1st 60 years). The first volume will be all black and white as the photos are old and obviously black and white.

Seriously, I was impressed with your easy-to-use software and also the high level of service and quality you provided. Your team were prompt in their actioning of the order and also in their replies to my emails. I appreciated the constant updates via email because when you do things via the net, it is reassuring to get confirmation that the order and payment have been received and are being processed.

It really is a beautiful keepsake, worthy of the glowing wrap I gave it each time, and I have flipped through it about 50 bazillion times myself.

Wow... I am very very pleased with the albums I have ordered!

From start to finish I was amazed at how simple the process was. Downloading the program was easy. Using the program... very straight forward. Uploading the images was fast. Emails and queries were responded to quickly with really friendly, informative service. Delivery was so quick. The end product... fantastic. Love it.

The album I designed was for a family keepsake for a number of family members and for our beautiful Opa (dutch for Grandad) who has been given a month or so to live. Our Oma passed away in April. It was to bring all of Oma and Opas special photos into a really special family treasure. I believe when Opa and the family receive their albums on the weekend... there wont be dry eyes.

I am absolutely delighted with the album you have published for me; the colours are amazing and the detail extraordinary.  I have been through it a number of times in daylight to try and find different details I hadn't seen before, for the sheer pleasure of enjoying the photos anew.  I can never go back to local printing for special events like overseas holidays or gifts again!

I'm also so encouraged by comments from friends/family about my photos generally, that I am going to buy a better camera and eventually perhaps take a photography course.  These become worthwhile when beautiful publishing and binding complete the creation process.

On Sunday I was browsing google responses to photo printers. By Monday I had downloaded the software and had uploaded my pictures from my European trip. The next day I got confirmation of the order and payment. The day after I had a tracking number. I actually scared the guy in the post office today because 10 minutes after receiving confirmation of my order arriving, I myself arrived at the post office. The post manager said he'd only just put my order in the back - talk about service. I collected my order there and then and it was 100% perfect.

I've already mentioned it to all of my friends and I have more projects in the pipeline. For a beautiful hard copy of your memories, no matter what, you can't go wrong with this. If anyone out there has any doubts, don't, I was a sceptic and I've been converted!

Hi Nick, If its possible, I am even more thrilled with my 2nd album than I was with the 1st (Number 3 is in progress) I have become a little more adventurous and experimented some new techniques - the result is just amazing. I especially love the stripes I was able to produce using colour blocks produced in microsoft paint, and saved as jpg files. I find the whole process challenging, relaxing and most rewarding. I am a freelance photographer and have pretty high standards in print quality.

I am so impressed with the finish and quality of the my first album with you guys. The album looks fantastic and the black and white film prints have come up wonderfully.

The album was a wedding present for some friends whose wedding we attended recently. I just took 1 colour and 1 black and white roll of film of the occasion for something a bit different to the digital official photographers.

The full page prints just look so good I can't get over them. Now the other important point is that I uploaded the album on Friday morning and received the album by lunch time on the following Wednesday. That is a well oiled machine you have going there with a perfect combination of speed and quality. Thanks for a great service and value for money.

Dear albumworks,

My first contact with Albumprinter was just before Christmas 2008 when the
postman delivered a coffee table book of Korea. Our son and his family had
been living in Korea and our thought was that they had sent us a beautiful
coffee table book on Korea. On closer inspection of the first page, a full
page photograph, was that I had taken the photograph and all our family
was in the photograph.

As we were about to go on holidays to Antarctica I immediately downloaded
the Albumprinter program and produced an equally beautiful book on Korea.
We had just had 600 print photographs of our Korean holiday returned and
we were so disappointed with them that for the first time in 40 years I
refused to put them into a photo album - all the bright colours on the
computer had come back brown. They were back to bright and vibrant in
Albumprinter and I ripped up 600 prints.

Off to Antarctica with our laptop computer with the Albumprinter program
on board and the days at sea crossing the Southern Ocean were well spent
uploading photographs and producing book Number 2 which was sent off the
day we arrived home and it arrived back 3 days later.

We have just completed a 3 months circumnavigation of South America and
again with my laptop and Albumworks, again, I completed 3 albums of on
average 150 pages each and had them arrive home 2 weeks after we arrived
home to enjoy our holiday all over again.

My retirement job was always to reproduce all our family holidays and
family photographs as digital photographs.

Now 36 books  later and having graduated from Albumprinter to Albumworks
and reduced the photo albums in the bookshelf from 4 metres to 80 cms I'm
about a third of the way to producing many coffee table books that I know
our children will keep.

A book just arrived back and I'm expecting another tomorrow or Monday.

Thank you Albumworks for many happy returns from over 40 years of
memories.

Norfolk Island is ‘perfectly picturesque’ and the quality of albumworks presentation makes the most of my ‘easy to use’ Panasonic TZ2 camera. I will attach a photo of sunset over Anson Bay on Norfolk Is and also the historic area of Kingston which captures the spirit of the island. Both photos were used in the album.

I recently produced my first Albumprinter photobook and was ecstatic with the result. The software was easy to operate and the final print exceeded all my expectations. The quality is equal to a professional picture book. I was concerned with the resolution of the photos and some smaller print writing but it is definitely a 'what you see is what you get' product, if the software said it was OK then it always turned out tremendous. Our album arrived yesterday and it is FANTASTIC. To say we are delighted would be a major understatement. It was with some trepidation that we sent our order off - we didn't know you from Adam and this was the sort of thing where a lot could go wrong. Will the colours come out OK, did we pick the right font, will the cover really look as good as it appears on the website, have we just kissed good money goodbye etc, etc??? I have just recently purchased several albums from Albumworks and I would like to make the following comments:

• I have always made albums of each of my holidays (photos and captions...) and I would have to say this is the easiest way to create albums I have found. I have always been very particular about how my photos are printed and your published albums are excellent.

• Cost-wise it is far cheaper that purchasing large photo albums for which I have paid upwards of $45-80 plus the large amount of money for photos etc., not to mention the huge amount of time involved previously - printing, laying them out, selecting them, rearranging them, sticking them in (and then trying to change them...

• The published photos are exactly like what is sent - they are vibrant and clear and not somewhat dull as I have often received from some commercial lab processes.

• The Albumworks process allowed me to use many more of my photos than was possible trying to fit them into a bought album.

• The greatest advantage I found with Albumworks was the huge variety of ways of arranging photos and adding captions than is ever possible in other ways. The fact that you can crop and vary the sizes of photos to suit your individual page needs was "awesome". This is not possible using lab-printed photos.

• The books look professional and really make your photos look good.

• My albums have many more photos included than before and take up about one-tenth of my shelf space.

• All of my albums have been received within five days which is much faster than some others.

• I have found that people actually WANT to look at them whereas presenting them with a huge album previously was rather daunting for some.

• I have now redone five of my albums, will dispose of the old big ones, and will most definitely continue to use Albumworks in the future.

Thank you for making my photos look so professional.
The albums now give me much more pleasure now than trying to juggle large tomes.

Dear Albumworks team,

I just had to contact you to tell you how absolutely thrilled I am with your service and your product. I made an album for my nephew who is an officer in the British Army. He and his family spent the last year on exchange in Australia and he has now gone off on his second tour in Afghanistan. I made the album with photos throughout their year here as a surprise. It is especially important because their computer died and they lost all their photographs so at least they will now have some photos to bring back happy memories of their time in Canberra.

I made the album and uploaded it on Sunday night and I could not believe it when it arrived on our doorstep this morning Wednesday. I have to admit I cried when I saw how fabulous it is. I called your office this morning to say thank you and couldn't stop the tears from flowing again.

I am halfway through the next album, a surprise for our daughter and know it will be just as good.
