Regarding COVID-19

To our valued customers and community,

We hope that you are all staying safe and well during these unprecedented times.

Albumworks are closely monitoring the advice and instructions from the government and health officials regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a response to social distancing instructions, our production facilities have implemented necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of workers. These measures include:

- Reduction in staff numbers per shift to maintain social distance

- Separation of shifts instead of overlapping shifts

- Strict hand sanitisation practices

 

For the office team, we are all working from home and have been for well over a week now. We are fortunate that we have always used online tools for phone, email, systems and chat. That means we can continue to provide the same great service that we pride ourselves on, no matter where we are operating from. Our management team and customer service staff are here working hard to bring you the best photos service possible. You can still pick up the phone and speak to one of our Customer Service members here in Melbourne during business hours - nothing has changed.


The one impact so far is in our delivery times for our Hardcover Photo Books. Instead of a typical 2 business days delivery to metro areas, we expect this to be 4 business days. Remote and rural areas may be longer. Other products, so far, are running to normal schedules.

Rest assured, this additional delivery time will not affect the quality of your finished product.
