Where are albumworks products made?

albumworks is an Australian owned business and one of Australia's most loved Photo Book providers in Australia.

We print our albums and photo products both here in Australia and in Malaysia. We have state of the art production facilities with the most modern and up to date printing techniques and printing presses. Our Hardcover and Lay Flat printing presses are located in Malaysia enabling us to provide unparalleled print quality and binding choice. Our Softcover Photo Books are produced in Australia together with some of our photo gifting products including canvas prints, mugs and framed prints.

Your order will be shipped from Malaysia via DHL Express courier service and from Australia Post within Australia.  If your order coming from Malaysia is being shipped to a regional location or PO Box, it will be shipped by DHL to Australia and then forwarded to you via Australia Post’s EPARCEL service.

Having our main production facility in Malaysia has allowed us to improve the quality consistency and also diversify our expanding product range.

Our Management team and Customer Service team are both located here in Australia (mostly in Melbourne), so we are ready to help with any enquiries during Australian business hours.
