How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from both albumworks and the courier company with your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to check the status of your delivery.

Tracking information may not be active until the day after dispatch, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up right away.  For PO Box deliveries, tracking won’t be available until 3-4 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:

  • Metro areas: 2-3 business days

  • Regional/remote areas & PO Boxes: 5-10 business days

You can check the DHL Regional & Remote Postcodes List to see if your location is classified as regional, as some outer-metro areas may be included.
