Should I delete the photoPICO software on my laptop?

If you have an existing photoPICO project in the works, you can continue using the photoPICO software on your computer as usual. Your current projects are saved locally on your device enabling you to continue working on or ordering any current projects from now until the 30 June 2021. 

From 1 October 2020, the photoPICO Desktop Editor software will no longer provide an option to start a new project – only ‘Continue Creating’ will be available to complete active projects. After 30 June 2021, you can delete the desktop software entirely as neither Canon or Pictureworks Group it will support it.


Our priority is to make all your products as fast as we can - but never at the expense of quality. In fact 95% off all items are manufactured and dispatched within 2-4 business days. However we do recommend allowing 7 business days for dispatch for those rare occasions when your order doesn't pass internal quality control.
