Why do my photos look pixellated in the work area of the editor?
Due to the large amount of data involved in creating your product, our editor needs to streamline some of its processes to ensure the software runs smoothly on your computer.
To achieve this, the editor creates a thumbnail (a smaller version of your photo) for each photo on the main editing page of your project. This reduces the amount of data required for your computer to process when editing your product.
Please be assured that the editor will use the full resolution version of your photos in the final product.
However, if a photo appears pixelated and has a red triangle with exclamation mark on it, then it means the photo is low resolution and may in fact appear grainy or pixelated when printed. To fix this, you will need to reduce the size of the photo on the page until the red triangle disappears. Alternatively, replace the photo with another photo of a higher resolution.
