How do I upload my project for printing?

If you’ve used our download editor, once you've completed your order in the shopping cart, your project isn’t quite in production yet — it still needs to be uploaded to us.

In most cases, the ‘Upload Order’ screen will pop up automatically as soon as you’ve placed your order.. If it doesn’t, you can simply close or minimise the order window and you’ll see the ‘Upload Order’ screen.

From there, select ‘Upload Order’ and then ‘Continue’. 

The editor will then start preparing your files. First, it will optimise the images for printing and then it will upload each file. This step can take some time depending on the size and quantity of your photos, your internet speed and your computer specs.

If the upload screen doesn’t appear, or you need to upload later:

You can upload your files manually:

  1. Open the editor and click ‘Cart’ in the top right corner

  2. Click the ‘Send Files’ button

  3. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Start’

  4. On the upload screen, choose ‘Upload Order’, then click ‘Continue’

You'll know your upload is complete once you receive our “Order Status: Part 2 of 2 – Project Received” confirmation email.
