How can I send my files using Dropbox?

If you're having trouble uploading your order via the internet, you can send your project files to us via Dropbox, a free and secure online file-sharing platform. We’ll then upload the files to our system on your behalf.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Export your project files from the editor

  • Open the albumworks download editor and click ‘Cart’.

  • Click the ‘Send Files’ button next to your project details.

  • Accept the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Continue’.

  • Choose ‘Send via Mail’ and click ‘Continue’.

  • Click ‘Select’ to choose a location on your computer to save the files, then click ‘Continue’

The files will be saved to a folder in the location you selected above.  You won’t be able to open these files as they are encrypted.

Step 2: Upload and share using Dropbox

  • If you don’t already have a Dropbox account, sign up at www.dropbox.com.

  • Create a new folder in Dropbox and upload the saved order files from your computer.

  • Once uploaded, share the folder with service@albumworks.com.au so we can retrieve your files.
