How can I transfer my projects from Momento to your platform?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to directly transfer Momento projects into our system — the file formats just aren’t compatible.

But the good news is, we’ve helped plenty of former Momento customers recreate their Photo Books using our editor, and we can guide you through the simplest and most efficient way to do it.

The best place to start is by giving our friendly Customer Service team a call. They’ll walk you through how to set up your albumworks project to match your Momento layout as closely as possible — and share a few tips to make the transition easier.
