Can I alter or cancel my order?

We have an express manufacturing process that moves our orders through this process as quickly as possible.  Speed of production is a key benefit of our service. . This means that often orders are printed within hours and at times within minutes of being ordered.   When an order is placed it is immediately and automatically submitted to production and combined with other orders to create a batch. In cancelling any given order we'd need to cancel the whole batch which we obviously cannot do.

As such, once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it or alter it in any way. This is one of the reasons our software explicitly asks you if you've checked your product carefully, both during the order process and within the Terms and Conditions.

It is this level of automation and integration that provides us with an efficient process allowing us to create quality products at the current prices. Without this automation, our costs and therefore product prices would be significantly higher.

Our priority is to make all your products as fast as we can - but never at the expense of quality. In fact 95% off all items are manufactured and dispatched within 2-4 business days. However we do recommend allowing 7 business days for dispatch for those rare occasions when your order doesn't pass internal quality control.
