Do I have to use your editor or can I use another program instead?

Yes — to create and order a Photo Book with us, you’ll need to use the albumworks editor.

Our production system is highly automated, and for your book to be printed correctly, it must be uploaded via our editor. There are a number of formatting steps that happen behind the scenes, so we’re unable to accept files from other programs directly.

That said, if you’ve designed your book using a program like Adobe InDesign, you can still use those designs — you’ll just need to export each page as a high-res JPEG (300dpi) and upload them into our editor. And if you’re a former Apple iPhoto user wanting to reprint a past project, please contact us. We should be able to help you get it printed using your original file.
